Job Opportunities with CLEARR VISSION

Clearr Vission Support Services, Inc. is currently hiring for the following positions:

1) Residential Group Home Positions:

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS:

Part-time Overnight DSP 1 - Wednesday and Thursday 10:00pm-8:00pm; Friday, 10:00pm-9:00pm and rotating Saturdays 9:00pm-9:00am

Part-time Weekend DSP 1 - 2 weekends a month Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-9:00pm

Residential Direct Support Professional Staff  – work with adult individuals with Developmental Disabilities in a group home setting – bathing, person centered indivudal supports, cooking, cleaning, medication administering, progress notes, task oriented, dependable, self starter, pleasant personality/caring.  Minimum high school diploma or GED, will train but experience preferred. Positions are compensated at an hourly rate.  Benefits for full time positions include Health, Dental and Vision insurance, PTO Accural, and 401K.

2) Day Support Positions:

Support Specialist  – work with adult individuals with Developmental Disabilities in a day support setting – person centered indivudal supports, cooking, cleaning, medication administering, progress notes, task oriented, dependable, self starter, pleasant personality/caring.  Minimum high school diploma or GED, will train but experience preferred. 3) Day Support Positions:

Program Manager  – Responsible for overseeing day to day day support operations supporting adult individuals with Developmental Disabilities – managment experience, person centered indivudal supports, cooking, cleaning, medication administering, progress notes, experiecne with Plan for Supports, attending annuals and other assessment meetings, task oriented, dependable, self starter, pleasant personality/caring.  Undergraduate degree in Human Services, Sociology, Social Work, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling or Psychology or minimum four years experience in related fields required. Position is compensated at a salried rate.  Benefits for full time positions include Health, Dental and Vision insurance, PTO Accural, and 401K.

4) Intensive In-Home/Mental Heath Skill Building and Theraputic Day Treatment Staff Positions:

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS:

Full-Time Theraputic Day Treatment- Chesterfield, Hopewell and Richmond Va- Monday-Friday-Hourly rate compensation-Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision insurance, PTO accural and 401K

Part-time Intensive In-Home-Richmond and Tricities area-Flexible schedule-Hourly rate compensation

Intensive In-Home Staff  – work with at risk youth ages 5 – 18, degree required in human service and prior work experience required.

Mental Health Skill Building Staff - work with adult families that are at risk, degree required or previous work history in human service working with at risk families required.

Theraputic Day Treatment Staff  – work with at risk youth ages 5 – 18, degree required in human service and prior work experience required.

5) Clinician Positions:

Licensed or Licensed Eligible Clinician (Part-Time) – Support in Case Management and Supervision of community based programs (Intensive In-Home, Mental Health Skill Building and/or Therapeutic Day Treatment); Required: master level degree and current state of Virginia license, Medicaid and Licensing Regulations, Experience overseeing a Mental Health Agency, excellent writer / communicator and experience working in a Clinical setting.
